This quality vegetable tanned split leather is evenly surfaced and has just the right substance. Great for belt lining, shoes insole, and internal filling of bags, compartment division. Perfect also for anyone who is prototyping or trying out new projects and requires something more economical to use as a tester material. With a little imagination and creativity, leather splits can also be made into great projects of all kinds. Each split has a smooth side and a rougher flesh side. Larger belly is long enough to make a few 50” strips.
